About Renaissance Faire UK

We are a small family team who are passionate about fantasy. We are Jamie and Calypso, a couple with a beautiful young daughter, and together we are building Renaissance Faire UK and the worlds around it.

Jamie and Calypso both come from creative production backgrounds. Jamie has experience in theatre direction, scriptwriting, prop making, tabletop game design, and 3D printing. Calypso’s experience includes costume artistry, photography, and small-event organisation.

Alongside a wider team of skilled professionals and volunteers, we bring together creative production, event organisation, infrastructure planning, costume, performance, and storytelling to create the experiences behind Renaissance Faire UK.
